If you choose to receive an e-gift voucher your e-voucher code will be sent immediately to your chosen email address.
To redeem a gift voucher:
To redeem an e-gift voucher code, you can just shop on our website as normal e.g. you will need to click to sign up for a subscription or add a one-off gift purchase to your checkout as normal on our website. Then once you reach the checkout stage there is a box where it asks you to redeem a gift voucher, and this is where you can enter the code that was sent to you.
PLEASE NOTE: when redeeming a gift voucher the recipient will still be asked for a credit card when signing up for a subscription or making a purchase, but this card won't be used unless you wish to make a purchase / continue a subscription over the amount on the gift voucher.
